Tomorrow is Chinese Dumpling Day.

A mother of good friend of mine is trying to make DIY chinese dumpling...
My job is to clean up those salted eggs and get the yolks...

While their mums, friends and relatives (lots of aunties) are preparing the main ingredients for the chinese dumpling like glutinous rice, meat, chestnuts, mushrooms, oysters...

Here we go... start to put everything together!!! And of course wrap it properly!!!

I am trying to help too.. as this is my second time, i believe that i am doing it better...

While the other friend of mine is trying to supervise us...haha!

After that, we boil the chinese dumpling in hot water about 45 mins...

Remember to bring out the hot hot dumpling with chopstick!

This is my first time to enjoy a super fresh chinese dumpling!!! Love it>-<
