My last shift is an interesting shift..
There is one angry customer, we called him Mr. X. He didn't hold his burger properly while i am handing to him.. and so the cheeseburger dropped on the floor... Well, i think i am kind enough to ask the kitchen to redo another one... The kitchen guy decided to pass the burger to Mr. X but Mr. X choose the hard way... he asked where is my extra large coke? Then the kitchen guy said :" Another 50c please!" Mr. X straight away threw the burger at the kitchen guy and said:"I ordered a extra-large instead of a large... so give me my extra-large!!!" Mr. X is super rude... i am angry as well and i told him... WHY DON'T YOU TELL ME WHEN I HAND YOU THE LARGE COKE? Mr. X said:" I want a full refund!" Walking to my manager angrily and of course tell him about everything... my clever manager just got him the refund of the large coke and warned him... DON'T EVER THROW BURGERS TO MY CREWS and **CK OFF! They did fight a bit... well, of course, the customer is losing very badly because we shut the drive-thru window and ignore everything... Today, my young manager (same age with my brother) is a hero... People, time to behave!!!
